Why choose MyoPULSE

Flexible stimulation control without losing protocol overview

MyoPULSE is designed for laboratories that need to move beyond simple fixed stimulation settings and create longer, structured and repeatable protocols across one or more stimulation channels.

01

Custom protocols

Create protocols with up to 50 sections using different frequencies, voltages, pulse widths and timing parameters.

02

Easy modification

Add, delete or adjust individual protocol sections without rebuilding the complete stimulation sequence.

03

Full protocol overview

Review the complete protocol structure in one interface before starting the experiment.

04

Real-time monitoring

Use the progress bar to see the active protocol position during long or complex stimulation sequences.

05

Multi-channel loading

Load different stimulation protocols efficiently across multiple stimulator channels when the study requires separate conditions.

06

Single-twitch flexibility

Configure targeted single-twitch stimulation alongside longer continuous or train-based stimulation workflows.

MyoPULSE stimulation protocol overview
MyoPULSE presents protocol structure and stimulation progress in one software workspace.
Software overview

Program, review and monitor the full stimulation sequence

Each protocol can contain multiple stimulation sections with different parameter combinations. Researchers can review the full structure, modify individual sections and follow the protocol during the experiment.

Protocols can be saved and reused, helping standardize stimulation conditions across operators, experimental days and study groups.

Protocol creation Define frequency, voltage, stimulus width and timing for each protocol section.
Protocol editing Add, remove and modify sections as experimental requirements change.
Protocol reuse Save and retrieve established stimulation procedures for repeated studies.
Progress monitoring Confirm the current stimulation stage during active experiments.
Software views

A clear workspace for protocol creation and experiment monitoring

The interface is structured around the practical tasks of building, reviewing, loading and running DMT stimulation protocols.

Stimulation workflow

Build repeatable stimulation procedures for ex vivo studies

MyoPULSE supports muscle, vascular and tissue workflows where controlled electrical input is part of the biological endpoint.

Define parameters Set voltage, frequency, stimulus width, timing and sequence structure for the intended biological preparation.
Review protocol Confirm the complete stimulation sequence before beginning the experiment.
Assign channels Load the appropriate protocol into the relevant CS4+ or CS8 channels.
Run and monitor Start the stimulation protocol and follow its progress in real time.
Save and repeat Store validated protocols for future studies, operators and experimental groups.
Protocol capabilities

Practical tools for simple and advanced stimulation protocols

MyoPULSE combines flexible parameter control with clear protocol visibility and repeatable channel loading.

Up to 50 protocol sections

Build extended protocols with multiple stimulation stages and parameter combinations.

Frequency control

Configure different stimulation frequencies within the same protocol sequence.

Voltage control

Assign appropriate voltage settings to individual stimulation sections.

Stimulus-width control

Adjust pulse width according to the preparation and experimental objective.

Multiple-channel protocols

Load separate protocols across stimulator channels for comparative or multi-condition studies.

Light and dark mode

Select the interface appearance that best fits the laboratory and user preference.

Single-twitch protocols

Support targeted twitch-response studies alongside longer stimulation sequences.

Research-focused interface

The optimized interface is designed around practical stimulation workflows and experimental oversight.

System requirements

Computer requirements for MyoPULSE

Confirm the computer, operating system, USB connection and display requirements before installation or software upgrade.

Compatible stimulators

Select the stimulation channel capacity that matches the workflow

MyoPULSE is designed for DMT CS4+ and CS8 constant-voltage stimulators. The appropriate system depends primarily on the number of stimulation channels required.

Stimulator – CS4+

A compact four-channel constant-voltage stimulator for focused muscle, vascular and tissue stimulation workflows, pilot studies, teaching and protocol development.

View CS4+

Stimulator – CS8

An eight-channel stimulation platform for larger multi-preparation workflows and studies requiring additional parallel stimulation capacity.
