Multi Wire Myograph System - 620M
The Multi Wire Myograph 620M is intended for studies of four isolated vessel ring preparations (diameter 60 µm to 10 mm), which can be assessed simultaneously. The sensitive force transducers allow measurements of isometric muscle tension while the micropositioners permit the attraumatic setting of vessel diameter. Each unit has individually controlled gas inflow and suction conduits and the round chambers are stainless steel, which facilitiates cleaning. The system is automatically heated to a user-defined set temperature.
Auto Dual Wire Myograph System - 510A
The automated Dual Wire Myograph 510A allows simultaneous testing of two arteries with diameters in the range 60 µm to 3 mm. The chamber can be divided for separate testing of each vessel. The myograph features an acid-resistant, stainless steel chamber, with ports in the chamber cover for rapid draining, filling and gas supply. A window in the base of the chamber allows morphological or fluorescence measurements to be made. The normalization procedure and setting of the myograph jaws can be controlled by an automated linear micrometer.
 Dual Wire Myograph System - 410A
The Dual Wire Myograph 410A allows simultaneous testing of two arteries with diameters in the range 60 µm to 3 mm. This is performed in an acid-resistant, 10 ml stainless steel chamber with ports in the chamber cover for rapid draining and gas supply. The chamber can be divided for separate testing of each vessel. A window in the base of the chamber allows morphological or fluorescence measurements to be made. Myographs can be conveniently arranged side-by-side for multiple testing.

Confocal Wire Myograph system - 120CW
The Confocal Wire Myograph 120W is designed to permit highly resolved images using confocal microscope (LSCM). Combining myography with LSCM allows simultaneous measurements of isometric force and e.g. intracellular calcium or pH to be obtained in isolated blood vessels.
The bath design allows easy access for the type of high numerical aperture lenses used in standard upright LSCM. The top part may be tipped further, which not only facilitates easier maintenance, but also eases the mounting procedure.
Also, by using reverse mounting supports designed specifically to allow vertical positioning, an isolated blood vessel can be positioned directly above the chamber window. This permits the use of lenses with working distances as low as 0.25 mm in an inverted LSCM, which is advantageous for simultaneous electrophysiological measurements.
A heating system gives electronic feedback for maintaining chamber temperature above ambient temperature. The chamber cover includes ports for rapid draining and filling, and for gas supply.
